Payment Methods

Order Processing and Delivery

we are dedicated to providing a smooth and efficient delivery experience for all our customers across South Africa. Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast and reliable delivery. For orders within the same province, we will deliver directly to your doorstep. However, if the item is being sent from one province to another, we will transport the item to your local province. From there, you can conveniently collect it at a nearby mall or designated shop that we’ve partnered with for easy access.

If you need to cancel your order, please note that cancellations can only be made if the order is still in the processing stage. Once the delivery process has started, cancellation requests will incur a fee to cover the costs of handling, transportation, and other associated expenses. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to keeping you informed throughout every step of your order and delivery process.
